The At Ease Parent website, store, and app are intended for adults managing family and care information.

They are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to create independent accounts or provide personal information directly to us.

Parents, guardians, or authorized adults may enter limited information about children to use family-readiness features.

We use that information to provide the services requested by the adult account holder.

Should we learn that a child submitted personal information directly without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Both reference policies state that their services are not directed to children under 13 and that knowingly collected child information will be addressed appropriately.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for a feature or service you have chosen to use.

This includes:

  • Complete financial-account numbers

  • Government identification numbers

No website, app, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your passwords, devices, login credentials, and account access.
