These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the At Ease Parent website, online store, app, digital products, educational resources, communications, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing the Services, creating an account, downloading a resource, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About At Ease Parent
At Ease Parent is a family readiness company that helps parents, nannies, childcare professionals, co-parents, grandparents, and trusted helpers organize routines, reminders, handoffs, schedules, and care details in one shared system.
Our products and services are designed to make family information easier to prepare, communicate, and share.
You don’t have to hold it all alone.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase, create an adult account, or enter into a binding agreement with At Ease Parent.
The Services are intended for adults managing family, household, childcare, or professional information.
They are not intended for children to create independent accounts.
3. Educational and informational purpose
At Ease Parent provides planning tools, organizational resources, educational materials, family-readiness guidance, and general information.
Our content is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or replace guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.
Always consult a qualified professional regarding pregnancy, postpartum recovery, child health, safety, medical concerns, legal matters, or emergency planning.

4. Product and service information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, photographs, features, prices, availability, and other information.
However:
Product colors and appearance may vary by screen or device.
Packaging, features, availability, and specifications may change.
Digital resources may be revised or updated.
App features may vary by device, operating system, account type, or service availability.
Typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify products, or discontinue an offering without prior notice.
5. Pricing and payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees may be added based on the order and destination.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method.
You authorize the applicable charges.
You will pay all amounts associated with the purchase.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly stated.
6. Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order-confirmation email.
That confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfillment.
At Ease Parent may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of:

Pricing or description errors
Payment failure
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions
Excessive quantities
Violation of these Terms
Other legitimate business or legal reasons
When we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
7. Shipping
At Ease Parent ships eligible physical products worldwide.
Shipping costs, available methods, and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges imposed by the destination country.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

8. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility depends on the product type and condition.
Eligible unused physical products may be returned in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Digital products, opened personal-care items, products with broken hygiene seals, customized goods, gift cards, and final-sale items are generally non-returnable except where required by law or where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Digital products
Digital products may include printable resources, templates, checklists, guides, worksheets, downloads, and other electronically delivered materials.
Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product for your household or approved professional purpose.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute a digital product
Upload it publicly
Share it with unrelated households or clients
Remove copyright or ownership notices
Modify and sell it as your own
Use it to create a competing product
Reproduce it for commercial distribution
A nanny or childcare professional may use a resource with a family they directly support only when permitted by the product description or license.
10. User accounts
Some Services may require an account.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information
Protecting your password and login credentials
Restricting access to your device
Reviewing account permissions
All activity conducted through your account
Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
11. Family sharing and invited users
The At Ease Parent app may allow account holders to invite co-parents, nannies, childcare professionals, grandparents, sitters, or trusted helpers.
You agree to:
Invite only people authorized to receive the information
Share only information you have the right to provide
Use appropriate access settings
Remove access when a care relationship changes
Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information
You are responsible for the information you share and the individuals you authorize to access it.
At Ease Parent is designed for coordination and shared clarity.
It is not intended for surveillance, covert monitoring, or unlawful tracking.
12. User-submitted content
You may be able to submit notes, schedules, preferences, messages, reviews, files, photographs, or other information.
You retain ownership of your content.
However, you grant At Ease Parent a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate and provide the Services.
You represent that:
You have the right to submit the content.
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The content does not violate another person’s rights.
The content is not unlawful, abusive, harmful, or misleading.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to an account, website, app, or system
Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
Upload malware, harmful code, or automated attacks
Scrape, copy, or extract content without permission
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
Use the Services to harass, monitor, exploit, or endanger another person
Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the app except where law expressly permits it
Use At Ease Parent content or data to train, develop, or improve a competing product or artificial-intelligence system without written permission
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
14. Intellectual property
The At Ease Parent name, logos, branding, website, app, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, educational content, digital products, templates, methodologies, written materials, and other original content are owned by At Ease Parent LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes brand language and proprietary materials associated with:
At Ease Parent
The At Ease Method
Family-readiness resources
App content and interfaces
Educational materials
Digital products and templates
Product and program names
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
15. Professional use and partnerships
Resources purchased or accessed by nannies and childcare professionals remain subject to these Terms and any product-specific license.
Participation in a partnership, professional network, referral arrangement, ambassador opportunity, or similar program does not change these Terms unless separate written program terms expressly state otherwise.
Nothing on the website creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or exclusive relationship between At Ease Parent and a childcare professional.
At Ease Parent does not employ, screen, place, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any nanny, childcare professional, family, or third-party provider unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party providers, including:
Payment processors
Shipping carriers
App stores
Website and app hosts
Email and SMS providers
Analytics services
Social-media platforms
Other external websites or tools
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
At Ease Parent is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or performance.
17. SMS communications
SMS participation is governed by our separate SMS Terms & Conditions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
18. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
19. Service availability
We work to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the website, app, downloads, or other digital experiences will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
The Services may be unavailable because of:
Maintenance
Software updates
Technical problems
Internet or carrier interruptions
Third-party service failures
Security concerns
Events outside our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service when reasonably necessary.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
At Ease Parent disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
We do not guarantee that:
Every resource will meet every family’s needs
Use of a product will produce a particular outcome
Family members or invited users will follow the shared plan
The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free
Information supplied by users will be accurate
A product or resource will replace professional advice
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, At Ease Parent LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Use of or inability to use the Services
Product use or misuse
Reliance on educational information
Lost or delayed shipments
Third-party services
Unauthorized account access
User-submitted or shared information
Lost data, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless At Ease Parent LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Content or information you submit or share
Your infringement of another person’s rights
Your misuse of a product or service
This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law.
23. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe that you:

Used the Services fraudulently or unlawfully
Created a security risk
Infringed another person’s rights
Failed to pay amounts owed
Misused family-sharing or account features
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and payment obligations—will remain effective.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, app, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.
Revised Terms become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
27. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, and any product-specific or program-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and At Ease Parent concerning the Services.
